直到上了中学 我们两个 才各到不同的学校读书 ),:

直到去年 [2009] 我移民来澳州不久后才有msn :D 当时超兴奋 XD 
我们也在那个时候 开始有联络 越来越熟了 ♥

無奈~就借下來讀 我好久沒新小説讀了 不借我可會發狂
誰都知道我不看這些書 故事來來去去都是差不多一樣 無聊~

“The party was so cooooooool!!!” Pat thought aloud while she was going to light her house. “Uh-oh.” She found her mum, Jess sitting on the sofa in dark.

“What are you doing here?!” asked Pat. “Aren’t you supposed to sleep? It’s midnight!”

“This is what I want to ask you.” Jess stood up. “What were you doing AND why are you so late?”

“Emma organized a birthday party in Sunway Shopping Centre,” said Pat. “We didn’t do anything. We just had fun.”

“Oh ya? Then why are you so late!?”

“Told you! We had just had fun for whole night! That’s all!” Pat shouted at her mum. She woke her dad, John.

 

“What’s going on here?” John yawned.

“Well, she hanged out with friends until now,” said Jess.

“You shouldn’t hang out so late, Pat. You should have come back at half past ten.” John stood beside Jess.

“Half past ten!? That’s too early! No one did that!”

“Then you don’t go out at night if you couldn’t make it.”

“That’s so mean! I’m enough of you guys!” Pat ran to her room. “Bang!” The door was locked.

“I hate them. It doesn’t make sense. I gotta leave this family as soon as possible and wouldn’t come back forever. My life will be so good with this tiny little baby,” Pat smiled. No one knew about her baby. She didn’t tell anyone about it. There was no one she could trust with.

 “Could you lend me your newest Pop Teen Magazine?” asked Pat.

“You can have it. I’ve read it,” Emma replied.

“That’s so kind. Thanks!”

Pat read through the magazine in her class. She hoped there were some advertisement that will give her some idea what to do and where to go. This time, she didn’t read on the articles so detail. She just read the headlines and focusing on the advertisement.

“Home for Underage Runaway Girls,” Pat read out. “This is it! Canberra! Quite far for them to seek for me from Perth. Maybe I can leave tonight. They have a party in Uncle Greg’s house.”

“Bye,” Pat murmured.

Soon, Pat quickly packed her things up. She was very excited. She gonna take bus to the train station and use her pocket money to buy a ticket to Canberra. She wrote a note before she leaves and put it on the dining table. It sounds like this:

Dear mum and dad,

I was on the way to somewhere else when you read this note. Don’t try to find me. I don’t have mobile phone with me. I will be safe. Don’t worry. Take care. =)

It’s really tired to catch a midnight train,” Pat mumbled. “I’m not gonna take midnight train, bus, flight or whatever again at least it is necessary.” Soon, she felt asleep.

“Miss! Miss!” We reached Canberra,” a woman sat beside her shaked and woke her up. She was very happy. Finally, here she reached Canberra. Free from Jess and John. It’s still early in the morning, five past seven. She went to the house at half past eight.

“Ding dong,” Pat rang the door bell. A woman came out.

“How can I help you?” she asked.

“Well,” Pat murmured. “I just ran away from Perth. I wonder maybe you could help me.”

“Erm… You are just 14. I can only accept girls between 16 and 19. Sorry about that. I heard there’s an old couple, Mr. and Mrs. Donagans that will keep girls like your age. Maybe they will accept you. I’ll ask them over to talk to you. That’s all I can do for you.”

Thanks,” Pat smiled. She hoped that the Donagans will accept her or she didn’t know where to live. Probably live by the road and be a beggar.

“Pat! Donagans’ here to pick you up!” shouted the woman. “I told them your situation and they accepted you. Bring your luggage! Quick!”

“Alright. Coming!” Pat shouted back. She’s very happy and excited. Luckily the Donagans accepted her.

“Thanks for accepting me. If not, I don’t know what to do,” said Pat.

“My pleasure,” replied Mrs. Donagans. “Ready? Let’s go!”

They arrived Donagans’ in half an hour. It was a three storey huge house and it’s located in lonely place. Pat didn’t know why but she didn’t dare to ask.

“This is the only worker here, Steven,” said Mrs. Donagans. “Steven, this is Pat.”

“Err… hi Steven,” Pat murmured.

“Go back home, kid. It’s not suitable for you to live here,” said Steven coldly.

“Shut up!” shouted Mr. Donagans. “Just ignore him.”

 

“Mrs. Donagans! Where’s the new girl you brought home?” A girl ran out from the house as she heard the car engine and asked Mrs. Donagans. She’s a pretty girl, Pat reckoned.

“Hi! I’m Pat. Nice to meet you.”

“Hey Pat! I’m Anne. Nice to meet you too.”

“Well, you can be roommates if you want,” said Mrs. Donagans.

“Yes please,” Anne said.

“Pat, where are you from?” asked Anne.

“Perth. How about you?”

“Wow! Quiet place huh? I’m from London.”

“That’s really far. Why did you runaway?”

“Just like you. Pregnant. But I’ve got it a week earlier than you. He’s name is Ken. I love him very much. Can you believe that?! A little life in your stomach!” Anne said in excitement. Looks like she was ready to give birth to Ken. She even gave him a name!  “How about you? Is that he or she? Does he/she has a name yet?”

“It’s he. I haven’t decide a name yet. Wanna help me to decide now?”

“Oh sure! I love to. How about Charles? It means man,” Anne thought seriously.

“Hmm… Sounds good,” said Pat. Anne really good in thinking baby names, she thought.

The next day, Pat woke up and did some stretching. Anne wasn’t on her bed. She quickly got changed and searched for Anne. She was preparing breakfast in the kitchen. She was doing her work seriously and didn’t realise that Pat had been watching her for ages.

“Boo!” Pat scared her. “Morning! Are you preparing breakfast?”

“Hey! You just startled me. Ya, I forgot to tell you that both of us supposed to prepared breakfast today. Hehe. We have a duty roaster table over there.” Anne pointed at the manila card on the wall. “You were sleeping soundly and I don’t dare to wake u up. Haha.”

“Oh I see.”

Time went past really fast. Pat and Anne became best friends and their stomach got bigger and bigger. Both of them were very excited about giving birth to Charles and Ken. Anne will be giving birth to Ken in a week time! They decided to be birth partners but they haven tell the Donagans yet. Pat had a good time living in the Donagans’ with Anne. Besides Anne, she made lots of new friends such as Amy, Cass, Yvonne and more. Pat never had such a happy and relaxing life ever before. Sometimes she thought about Jess and John but she never thought about going home.

“Boo!” It was Anne’s turn. “Haha~ Pat got frightened!”

“Hey! Bad girl!” Pat shouted at her. “How dare you do that to me!”

“Blek!”

“Fine! Hey, did you tell Donagans about birth partner thing?”

“Yup. Permission rejected.”

“Why not?”

“Mrs. Donagans was right. It was too scary for our age. It’s not suitable.”

“Fine! I will talk to her,” Pat turned around and went straight to a room called “Private room” with no entry sign. Mr. and Mrs. Donagans usually hang in there. When she was about to knock the door, she heard something.

“Anne and Pat want to be birth partners,” said Mrs. Donagans.

“Oh no! Did you reject?! We can’t let them know what we will do to them!” said Mr. Donagans.

“Of course not! How can we let them know? This is illegal! They probably will call the police!”

What!? Pat screamed in her mind. What they will do to us, she thought. She knew that she had to find out a.s.a.p. She didn’t want to Anne worry about this. She would tell Anne after she found out everything.

In the midnight, Pat went outside Donagans’ bedroom. She stuck her ears to the door and tried to get something she wanted. Nothing. She was very upset but never gives up. The day before Anne gives birth, she heard something…

“Anne is going to give birth to Ken tomorrow. Have you prepared the pill to kill the baby?” asked Mrs. Donagans.

Oh no! Kill the baby! I can’t believe they actually did that to everyone! Pat thought.

“Sure. How should we tell her about the killed baby? Adopt again? I don’t think so. Pat is very good in investigation and she’s very clever,” said Mr. Donagans.

“I agree. We should tell her the baby is dead. Same to Anne.”

Pat went back to her bed. She was very angry. She had to tell Anne about it. She set the alarm clock at 7. As same as Anne’s. Pat soon fell asleep. She was sleeping so soundly until she didn’t realise that Anne had been sent into the emergency room that is located beside the private room earlier. Pat woke up at 7 and went downstairs to search for Anne. She’s not there.

“Amy, where’s Anne?” asked Pat panicky.

“Oh, I thought u know? She’s in the emergency room.”

“Oh gosh!” Pat shouted and ran there. “Anne loves Ken so much. He can’t be killed!”

It’s too late. She saw an ambulance through the window. Anne was brought into the ambulance. She was sleeping. She must be very tired. Ken’s not with her! He was killed! Pat had to save herself from the Devils.

Pat ran to the backyard gate of the house at night. There was a big stone beside the gate. The gate was locked. Steven and Devils were the one who had the key. Should she find Steven? Of course not! He probably on Devils’ side. No choices left. She had to climb.

“Hey! What do you think you are doing?” It was Steven. He was doing some gardening and he saw Pat.

“Huh!? Uh=oh!” she gasped.

“I’m sorry! I should have trust you before!” said Pat. “But could you help me to get out of this scary place? Please… I have to save my baby and myself from death.”

“Okay then. Just keep quiet.” Steven unlocked the gate and pushed Pat out with him. They got into Steven’s car and drove to the train station. Steven stopped the car by the road and had a rest. Pat got out and had a walk in the street.

She felt that it’s time to get back to Steven’s car. When she opened the door, it wasn’t Steven in the car. It’s Donagans!

“Uh-oh,” she murmured. “Why on earth they’re here?!” She cried as she ran.

“After her!” shouted Mrs. Donagans. Pat ran as fast as she could. She can’t run fast with her baby. She was tired. She tried to turn into as many streets as she could. Failed. Somebody caught her.

“Gotcha! Go in!” Mrs. Donagans pushed her into the car hardly. Steven’s car. Where’s Steven? She was wondering. Did Devils got him? Is he safe? Where’s he? No one knew. She was praying for him.

Once Pat got out of the car, she ran to one of the room in second floor which is haunted. She had no idea where to hide. She didn’t on the light. She sat beside the door. It’s very noisy at downstairs. Devils’ scolding and searching for her. She had to be quick to think of an idea. She stood up and walked around the room. She stepped on something. Pat sat down and touched it. It was a plastic bag. She looked into it.

“Eew!” She shouted and covered her mouth. Luckily it wasn’t very loud. Steven’s corpse! Oh gosh! His eyes were staring at her. Maybe she could get the gate keys from his pocket. But she didn’t want to. She never put her hands into a dead body’s pocket. Neither did her hands. She put her hands into it to search for something.

A matchbox full of matchsticks in it. No keys. What could she do with it? Fire the house? Maybe she fired the old newspapers in the corner near the curtain and turned on the fan. She quickly opened the window and climbed down to the ground. The fire was burning really fast.

“Mrs. Donagans! Pat’s over there!” A girl shouted. She didn’t know who. Everyone was waiting outside the house. A group of girls. She will chop the girl into pieces if she found out who’s that.

“Hey! Stop there!” shouted Mrs. Donagans angrily. Oh no! She got to run really fast. Into the street. Luckily there were firemen over there.

“Hey! Over here! Over here!” Pat jumped as high as she could and waved at the firemen.

One of the firemen came over and asked. “Miss, are you calling me? What’s wrong?”

“Ya. Could you help me to escape from the stupid woman over there? She’s trying to kill my baby and I. She did that to every underage girls in the house. And could you help me to call the police? We are not allowed to use phone…” Pat told him everything.

“Whoa! What a dangerous old couple and place. I must save you. Well, stay beside me before the polices come. Nahh.” He held his phone out to her.

Pat was on the way to the police station in the police car with two polices and Devils. She told the polices everything happened in the house very detail and didn’t miss any single matter. The Devils just lower their head and say nothing.

“How dare you did that to my friends! How dare you did that to me! You thought I’m as stupid as other girls? Thought that you are just kind old couples that only want to help us? I don’t think so.” Pat said indignantly. “Show your face, devils!”

The Devils kept quiet. They remained cool. Pat hated them. Very much. They killed lots and lots of life.

“Ouch!” Pat screamed in pain. Her stomach became very painful suddenly and her baby wanna come out so badly.

“Are you okay?” asked Mrs. Ronny.

“Could you send me to the hospital now? The baby’s coming out.”

“Alright then,” Mrs. Ronny replied. “Mr. Wood, keep your eyes on this old couple.”

“Sure,” he answered.

“Thanks, Mrs. Ronny. That’s so kind,” said Pat.

“My pleasure.”

Mr. Wood drove to the hospital. It tool 5 minutes to reach there. Mrs. Ronny brought her down. She had been sent into the emergency room.

It was really hard to give birth to a baby. Pat pushed extremely hard and it took an hour. She was very tired. She haven’t been so tired for ages.

“Congratulations! You got twins! One more to go!” said the doctor happily.

What!? Twins? Unbelievable. No wonder my stomach was bigger than Anne’s, she thought. She gave another great, hard push. Here he came out. What should she call him? Tony? Probably. It’s a good name.

“There you go.” The doctor held the babies out. “You’re very lucky. Many people always wanted twins.”

“I guess I am,” she smiled. “Look at Charles and Tony! They have big eyes and its soooooooo cute! Wow! I couldn’t believe that I got the babies of my own. It feels great!”

“Haha. You’re right. Enjoy! I gotta go. See you!” The doctor went out.

“Mum! Dad!” Pat ran towards her parents with Charles and Tony. “I miss you guys soooooooo much! See who I brought.”

“Pat! Where had you been? We miss you too. Whose babies are this?” asked Jess.

“Mine. I got pregnant and I left here. Well, it was a long story. I will tell you in details later,” said Pat.

“Whoa! It’s really cute!”

“Mum? Dad?”

“Hmm?”

“I love you. I promise that I will never ever leave you.” She hugged her parents tightly. “I promise. I won’t break it. Sorry about what I did.”

“Oh… We love you too,” Jess said. Her parents had her tears out.

“Hey! Should we celebrate this night?” asked John.

“Sure!” Jess and Pat agreed.

“Charles! Tony! Ready for school!” shouted Pat.

“Yes mum! Charles shouted back. “Coming!”

Today is the first day of school of the twins. Charles and tony is well-behaved children. Charles even knows how to take care of his little brother since 3 years old. Pat smiled satisfyingly as she thought back. She loves her life, Charles, Tony, Jess and John.

“We’re ready, mum,” said Charles and tony.

“Let’s go!” said Pat. “You have to love your family, children.”

“Yes madam!” She smiled.
